Terms of service

Design deposits (all "Reservation" products) cover artwork development time and are non-refundable once submitted. Upon completing your reservation, you will receive a secure order link within 2 business days. It is your responsibility to review your design and complete your final order through that link — Tapstitch is not responsible for orders left unplaced, and deposits will not be refunded for incomplete or abandoned orders.
